Abstract: The application of collaborative robots helps to liberate a large amount of repetitive manual work and greatly improve production efficiency. The basis of various robot collaborative applications lies in robot programming and simulation. Through the domestic robot offline programming software iRobotCAM, collaborative robots such as Yuejiang can be quickly used to realize robot programming and virtual simulation.
With the increasing flexibility of robot applications, especially the high degree of freedom and high precision of collaborative robots, industries including aviation, automobiles, and electronics have adopted a large number of collaborative robots to liberate repetitive manual work and greatly improve production efficiency. The programming and simulation of various robot collaborative scenarios are the basis of collaborative robot applications. This article will introduce iRobotCAM, a domestic robot offline programming software developed based on 3D CAD modeling platform, and take the debot collaborative robot as an example to introduce how to quickly use debot collaborative robots to realize robot welding programming and virtual simulation.
