Abstract: On September 5, 2024, as an invited ecosystem developer at the 2024 ZWSOFT Global Ecosystem Conference, Mr. Tang Huailei, the founder of iRobotCAM, delivered a keynote speech to show the achieved development results between iRobotCAM and ZW3D in the field of robot offline programming , as one of the ZWSOFT Excellent Developer.
From September 5th to 6th, ZWSOFT hold the “2024 ZWSOFT Global Ecological Conference” in Guangzhou. As ZWSOFT’s highest-standard and largest industrial event in the global industrial field, this conference has the theme of “Empowering Sustainable Innovation” , comprehensively displaying the latest CAx technology achievements, industry solutions and best practices from 38 countries around the world More than 500 attendees, including ecosystem partners, application developers, industry experts, universities and other industry professionals.
As an ecosystem partner of ZWSoft, YueQing Technology has built the robot offline programming software iRobotCAM based on the ZW3D platform on the basis of its own nearly ten years of research and development of robot software.
- As a robot offline programming software developed based on the 3D CAD platform, iRoboCAM has obvious architectural advantages and obvious advantages in high-precision robot process applications, production line design, Robotic process applications such as robot welding, robot engraving, robot laser cutting, robot polishing, and robot spraying.
2. Based on ZW3D’s CAD/CAM integrated architecture, iRobotCAM can use ZW3D’s various 2-axis to 5-axis trajectory algorithms, so that robots have trajectory algorithms similar to CAM software, making robot processing very convenient.
iRobotCAM has built nearly one million lines of code based on ZW3D, achieving a new breakthrough in robot offline programming software and won the ZWSOFT Excellent Developer Award. As core developers, a total of seven ZWSOFT ecosystem developer have won this honor, including Yueqing Technology from China, Sogelink from France, Lichi Software from China, Kaimu Software from China, Jiangsu Dino from China, FOV from Korea, and Tianzheng Software from China.
